While refrigeration of this product isn't necessary, if stirring is something you wish to minimize, stir and then refrigerate. Please be aware that if left out at room temperature, natural oil separation will occur.

The best tahini this side of Atlantic...

The best tasting tahini I ever had was when in Greece, visiting family. And my family were toasting and grinding their own sesame seeds into tahini. Not since then have I ever come across such a taste until I ordered OA’s organic tahini.
