Magnesium. With about 118 milligrams of magnesium, each serving helps towards the RDA of 400–420 mg in men and 310–320 in women. Magnesium is essential for health, playing a role in over 300 chemical processes in the body.

Nut butter good, packaging and customer service not as much

I had enjoyed these nut butters in jars and then tried the squeeze packs for on the go. All went well with several boxes of peanut packs, but in July ordered a box of almond and a box of peanut in advance of some travel. When I went to pack some of them, discovered that ALL the almond butter packets had leaked—all in the IDENTICAL same place from a seam separation in the top right side of the pack. This was clearly a manufacturing issue since all the seam breaches were in the same place (and the box itself was sealed and sitting in a cool cupboard where all previous boxes and all my other foods are fine).. The oil had oozed all over the inside of the box and packets. I noticed it in Sept, just two months after order. I didnt use them right away. I went traveling, came back and when I had mo, reached out asking for refund. Received what I considered ridiculous resistance from CS for a simple refund for a faulty/damaged product.. I was told that it was "too long" after my order, that there was "no proof it was manufacturing" because "anything could happen in that time." OMG really? So in 2 months the customer did some mysterious thing that caused every packet to leak from the exact same spot? Sitting in a cupboard in a sealed box? The whole point of these is that they should be stable, portable, and they obviously dont expire in just 2 months. it's not like i came back a YEAR later—that I could understand. CS would not budge..."policy...I am doing my job" etc. This is not the kind of co I want to deal with. I was offered a replacement box, which i initially refused as I dont want any more defective product. But she wouldn't relent on their $15 so I said fine, I'l donate it to food bank (if not leaking). As a health coach, I am always recommending healthy snack foods to others. But service is as important to me as the food. The correct response was "so sorry! here's a refund and please photo the issue or send it back so we can understand what happened!" That is what companies I respect have done in similar situations. CS can keep a customer for life or lose a customer for life by how they handle a $15 refund. So, "Never Again!" for "Once Again" for me....I'll stick to other organic brands that don't have rigid policies that blame the customer for product issues. Penny wise and pound foolish.

Peanut Butter in Optimal Form

I really enjoy this peanut butter and its great for calorie counting. At times Ihave had trouble sticking to the suggested amount with a jar and these keep me disciplined. Also these snack packs are perfect for donating to those in need, thanks for making them. 💝
