How to make granola bites?
Start with oats, gluten free verified if you need it, add your favorite dry fruit, some flax meals, a fun cereal and chocolate of course! To make it sticky, Once Again Sunflower Butter, lightly sweetened with Hemp Oil is a great choice.

Start by blending the oats into a coarse flour, you should still be able to see the oats.
Add oats, rice cereal, raisins, chopped chocolate, flax meal to large bowl and mix well.
Add Once Again Sunflower Hemp Butter to the mix and combine until it starts to clump. Roll into balls of your preferred size. Alternatively, you can press the mixture into a 9x9 pan and cut it into bars as well. Roll each into the almond meal so it will not be super sticky! Enjoy. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
