PREPARE THE MARSHMALLOW TREATS: Line a full sheet tray with parchment paper or silicone baking mat, top with a pan extender and cover with pan spray. Melt the butter, nut or seed butter, marshmallows and salt together. Stir in cereal. Spread into prepared pan without compacting. Let cool and set up completely before cutting into desired size.
DECORATE: Melt or temper chocolate of choice according to manufacturer’s instructions. Dip half of one square diagonally into the melted chocolate and top with drizzled chocolate or decoration of choice.
