A guilt-free twist on a fall favorite! This lightened-up dip is packed with flavor and perfect for dipping apples, graham crackers, or pretzels. It's a healthier alternative to traditional dips, made with Greek yogurt and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

¼ cup Once Again Cashew Butter

1 can of 100% pumpkin puree (15oz)

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin spice

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 ½ cups of plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
In large bowl, combined together pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon and mix until smooth. Using a spatula, fold in the Greek yogurt until completely incorporated. Serve chilled with slices of apples, graham crackers, pretzels or your favorite snacks!
