Imagine waking up to a creamy, dreamy blend of rolled oats soaked to perfection, swirled with rich and nutty cashew butter, and bursting with the sweet and tangy goodness of your favorite berries. This fuss-free recipe requires just a few minutes of prep the night before, leaving you with more time to savor your morning and fuel your day the healthy and delightful way. Let's dive in!
 
                  Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of your choice 
- 
                ¼ cup Once Again Creamy Cashew butter, plus extra for garnish 
- ½ cup low-fat plain Greek-style yogurt 
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt 
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries, divided 
- ½ cup granola 
- 2 empty, clean Once Again Jars 
Directions
- Whisk milk, Once Again Creamy Cashew Butter, yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in oats. 
- Add ¼ cup frozen berries to the bottom of each jar, then cover with the oat mixture, dividing evenly among each jar. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until oats have softened, about 8 hours. 
- Uncover and garnish with cashew butter, granola and remaining frozen berries.
