These no-bake sunflower seed butter granola bars are the perfect solution for busy mornings or afternoon slumps. Made with simple ingredients and ready in minutes, they offer a delicious and healthy alternative to overly processed options.

                  Ingredients
-
1 1/2 cups Once Again Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dried raisins or unsweetened cranberries
Directions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing extra to come up 2 sides to create a “sling.”
- Stir the sunflower seed butter, honey and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl. Add the oats, salt, sunflower seeds, apricots and raisins and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Cover with a piece of parchment, then using your hands, press it evenly and firmly into the pan. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Remove granola bars from pan and place on a cutting board, then cut into 12 bars.
