These peanut butter and chocolate candy Lucky Bars are the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy, making them an irresistible treat for your lucky celebrations. Let's get started on this easy, no-bake dessert that's sure to be a pot of gold at any party!

Ingredients
¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter
-
½ cup (135g) creamy Once Again Creamy Peanut Butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
8 cups mini marshmallows (about 1 ½ 10-ounce bags), divided
7 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup green, yellow and white-covered chocolate candies
Directions
Coat a 9x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray, then add a piece of parchment, pressing into the bottom and up one set of sides to create a “sling.”
Set a large saucepan over low heat and add the butter and peanut butter. Cook, stirring often, until butter is melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in the vanilla, salt and 7 cups marshmallows. Mix with a rubber spatula until ingredients are combined. Stir in remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows and the cereal and mix to combine. Add the candy, give a few big stirs, then transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
Press crispy rice mixture into the pan and let cool completely before removing and slicing into squares.
