Who’s ready for some Hazelnut Strawberry Banana Popsicle? The challenge to meet our daily servings of fruits is about to get easier. According to the dietary guidelines, we should consume 2 ½ cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits each day.

Unfortunately, the USDA estimates that what we are consuming falls short of 1 ½ cups of vegetables and just one cup of fruit per day. We believe if we make enjoyable fruit Popsicle, there is no way we don’t meet our fruit goals each day! Fruit Popsicle can either be made from juice for a refreshing dessert or made with a milk base for a creamy ice cream like Popsicle instead. Frozen bananas have been popular as a base for a healthier plant-based ice cream recipe lately. We joined the trend by using frozen bananas for our Popsicle and intensified the creaminess by adding our Once Again Amoré Organic Spread Hazelnut with White Chocolate.

The chopped strawberries add texture, alternatively, you may add chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or any other chopped fruit. Try this recipe with blueberries and chopped strawberries for an even more colorful way to meet your fruit requirements! Whatever way you choose to enjoy our Hazelnut Strawberry Banana Popsicle, we would love to hear all about it. Share a picture on our social media accounts, or add your comment below.
