A warm and cozy treat perfect for fall and winter holidays. This moist and flavorful cake combines the classic flavors of apple and cinnamon with the rich taste of peanut butter. Each bite is a delightful surprise of sweet and savory.

Ingredients
-
½ cup Once Again creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar of choice (coconut or brown are preferred)
¼ cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 apple, chopped
1 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, sugar, applesauce, maple syrup until smooth. Chop apple into small pieces and add to mixture. In a separate small bowl, combine dry ingredients including oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pinch of salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, combine only until mixed. Pour batter into a well-greased 8x8 baking dish, Pyrex glass works well! Sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar on top and take it to oven to bake. It should take about 18-25 minutes, test with toothpick. Remove from oven, let cool before cutting to serve!

So I found you at Sprouts and will never eat Bio Altered with Sorbitol and all kinds ~ have friends who wonder why our food is often illegal in other countries and I tell um ~ it is our Stock Market and HUGE profits for PharmHarm, Medical Insurance, and just a lot of money with sick people.
